Hope everyone is well? The summer has been great so far, two months of warm sunny weather in the UK, plus England football team winning games in the World Cup Finals. Both are rare and sacred things!

This is a very brief blog, just to let you know that tickets are now on sale my next supper club, the “Cheese Takeover” on Saturday 1st September 2018. I am hosting back up at the quirky Union Coffee House, Leeds, where the lovely owners Chris & Vik are welcoming me back.

Thomas is back as sous/development chef, and we have almost finalised the menu. Each course will have a type of cheese in, however we are avoiding the obvious dishes like Mac n’Cheese and Cheesecake (despite how much we love them!). We are wanting to be a bit experimental using flavours and foods that we enjoy to eat, and hopefully the guests will too!

You can get your tickets via the below link, for just £25 each. There will five courses, plus a few little extras thrown in. Wine pairings will also be available on the evening to compliment each course.
